Outside Kent? Please ask
George would rather look at the enquiry and give you a straight answer than have you assume the journey is impossible. Send the location and photographs first; many specialist enquiries can be assessed initially without a visit.
Where travel makes sense, the scope and any travel or logistical cost are agreed in advance. Where it does not, George will say so clearly rather than arranging an uneconomical visit.
Primary service area
Contact George with your postcode. Nearby villages, smaller towns and locations not named below may still be covered.
These are example locations rather than an exclusion list. If you are anywhere in Kent—or close to the county boundary—please contact George and ask.
How wider coverage works
The complete service range can be assessed across Kent, including cleaning, stain treatment, upholstery, repair, bleach correction, dyeing, colour restoration and commercial work. There is no call-out charge across the county.
Enquiries from London, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Hampshire, Berkshire and neighbouring areas are welcome. Whether George can attend depends on the service, project scope, access, timing and journey—not simply the county name.
Specialist dyeing, colour restoration, complex bleach damage, valuable rugs and larger commercial projects may justify travel further across the UK. Each is considered individually and agreed before a visit is booked.
A realistic service area
Carpet dyeing, wider colour restoration, complex bleach correction, suitable rug restoration and larger commercial projects may be considered across a wider area. Routine carpet or upholstery cleaning and smaller repairs are normally most practical within Kent or as part of a larger agreed project.
This is guidance, not an automatic refusal. If in doubt, contact George.
Common questions
No. The listed towns are examples, not a boundary or a complete postcode list. Contact George with your postcode, photographs and the service you need. He will tell you honestly whether he can attend, whether more information is required or whether the journey would be impractical.
There is no call-out charge across Kent. The quotation still reflects the service, carpet, condition, scale, access and materials required, but a separate Kent call-out fee is not added.
No. Routine cleaning or a small repair may not justify a long journey, while specialist dyeing, colour restoration, rug work or a larger commercial project may do. George assesses the actual enquiry rather than describing every service as automatically nationwide.
Potentially, yes. Enquiries from London and the wider South East are welcome. George considers the treatment required, project size, access, parking, timing and travel before confirming whether attendance is practical.
Any agreed travel, parking, accommodation or logistics outside the normal Kent service area will be explained and included in the quotation before you book. There should be no surprise travel charge after the work has been agreed.
Send the postcode, clear photographs of the full carpet or item and close-ups of the problem, plus a short description of what happened and the service you think may be needed. For commercial work, include the property type, approximate scale and any access or timing restrictions.
